The information provided upon registration, with the exception of your e-mail address, will be displayed on your user profile and we reserve the right to use it in other publications produced by Pttrns. By registering, you indicate your acceptance of these conditions. Further information may be provided at the user’s discretion but is not compulsory.
We collect some information such as: 1) Pages visited, 2) Behavioral data and 3) Other browsing information, for administrative purposes and to improve our website and services.
This website does not use cookies, but it does use third party technologies which use them to provide useful features and services. Cookies identify a user’s computer, not the individual user. Pttrns accepts no responsibility for the information and/ or content provided on any of our member’s websites.
Pttrns accepts no responsibility for changes made to any mobile design subsequent to its appearance on Pttrns. Altered designs and/or content may be removed from our database with immediate effect if it is felt that the design in its current form does not meet our standards.
By subscribing to pttrns.com and using the other services offered by Pttrns, you agree to the current terms and conditions of the site.
There are 3 membership plans available:
Monthly: $12 USD, billed every month
Quarterly: $27 USD, billed every 3 months
Yearly: $72 USD, billed every 12 months
As a Pttrns member you can browse & search mobile patterns, save to favorites, access the full archive and browse without ads.
For all purchased resources and services, we will charge your credit card on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis. Payments are non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account. If the card information you provide expires and you do not provide new card information, or cancel your bank account, you authorize us to continue billing you and you agree to remain responsible for any uncollected fees.
All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and You shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties.
You acknowledge and agree that any credit card and related billing and payment information that You provide to Pttrns may be shared by Pttrns with companies who work on Pttrns’s behalf, such as payment processors and/or credit agencies, solely for the purposes of checking credit, effecting payment to Pttrns and servicing Your account. Pttrns may change its fees and payment policies for the service by notifying you at least thirty (30) days before the beginning of the billing cycle in which such change will take effect.
You can opt to upgrade or downgrade your service agreement to any other plan that Pttrns currently offering for sale at any time during your contract term. In the event of a contract downgrade, a discount credit will be issued to your Pttrns account for the difference in the cost of the two contracts over the remainder of your original contract term.
At the end of the contract term, your contract will automatically renew for an additional contract term until explicitly cancelled by you. Cancellation must be issued via your user panel or via Pttrns customer support. Any cancellation carried out via Pttrns customer support must be carried out at least two (2) working days prior to the end of the contract term to allow for adequate processing time.
Services may be terminated by us, without cause, at any time.
Services may be terminated by you, without cause, by following the cancellation procedures via your user profile or Pttrns customer support.
Pttrns may terminate Services at any time, without penalty and without notice if you fail to comply with any of the terms of this Agreement or the intellectual property protections applicable to these Services.
Notice of termination of Services by Pttrns may be sent to the contact e-mail associated with your account. Upon termination, Pttrns has the right to delete all data, files, or other information that is stored in your account. The contact and personal information we collect about you will never be shared outside of Pttrns.

Pttrns is committed to achieving and upholding ongoing compliance with GDPR.There are many changes across our company to ensure we are GDPR compliant. This includes anonymizing more data, reducing the types of data shared across vendors to only the parts that are absolutely necessary and providing more controls over what data is/isn’t processed. We will also provide tools for you to get your data out of Pttrns.
In order to serve you, we may share your personal and anonymous information with other companies, including vendors and contractors. Their use of information is limited to these purposes, and subject to agreements that require them to keep the information confidential. Our vendors provide assurance that they take reasonable steps to safeguard the data they hold on our behalf, although data security cannot be guaranteed.
We use Google Analytics to help us understand how our services are used, but no personally identifiable data including your name or email address is shared. They use this data solely on our behalf. In order to send the weekly newsletter, occasional news updates, and other emails, we use a third-party service called Mailchimp. You can choose to opt out of the weekly newsletter and news updates by unchecking the appropriate checkbox in your user profile.
We take reasonable steps to secure your personally identifiable information against unauthorized access or disclosure. However, no security or encryption method can be guaranteed to protect information from hackers or human error.
We may make identifiable and anonymous information available to any successor or purchaser in a merger, acquisition, liquidation, dissolution or sale of assets. We will attempt to notify you of this, to the extent permitted by law to do so.
