The Return Address and Delivery Address sections allow you to input the Sender and Recipient addresses. You can also modify the envelope position and text alignment. Both sections have the following icons:

  • Clear address – This clears all the contents of the textbox.
  • Edit Return/Delivery address font – Allows you to change the font style and size of your text.
  • Edit Return/Delivery address font color – Allows you to change the color of your font.
  • Save Return/Delivery address to Address book – Allows you to save the address from the textbox to your Address book for later use.
  • Open address book – Allows you to create, delete, modify, or import addresses.

The Picture, Extra text & POSTNET sections allow you to add a picture, introductory greeting, and add a zip code automatically or manually.

To add a Picture, click the “Load Picture icon” and select the picture you want to use. The program will scale it down automatically to fit your envelope. The gear icon next to it allows you to modify where you want the picture to appear whether it is above, below, left, right, or under the return address.

The Extra Text tab allows you to put a greeting or introductory message such as CONFIDENTIAL, FRAGILE, HANDLE WITH CARE, etc. You can also edit the font size, style, and color at the bottom right corner.

The U.S. POSTNET allows you to either put the Zip code manually or automatically pull the Zip code from the Delivery address.

The Printer Settings allow you to select a printer, envelope size, paper bin, print quality, and allow you to see the Print preview, mass print copies, or print a single envelope.
