Canva offers different elements that can be added and modified according to your design requirements. In this guide, we will help you add a border in Canva using a simple demonstration to get you all covered.
Add a Border in Canva
- Start by navigating to Canva on your browser and signing in with your credentials. Now, start with an existing design listed in Recent designs, or start fresh using the Create a design button.

- After the new or existing design is loaded, navigate to the Editor panel on the left and click on Elements. Now, click on the search bar associated with it and type – Border and hit Enter.

- By doing so, the results are displayed. Now, navigate to graphics /frames/photos and click on it or see all the text next to it to find different borders.

- After you find the border that fits your requirements, click on it or drag and drop it onto the canvas.

- Once it is added, you will notice that the border added isn’t applied to the canvas. For this, click on the border to select it, drag the pill to increase the size of the border, and adjust it until it fits the canvas perfectly.
