If you’re new to Figma and are trying to duplicate a frame, it is straightforward. In this guide, we will help you to duplicate a frame through a simple demonstration to get you covered.

Duplicate a Frame in Figma

  1. Navigate to Figma on your browser and sign in with your credentials. Access the design file you want to work with from Recently viewed.

  1. After the design file is loaded, click on the Frame you’re working to select it. If you haven’t started yet, press F and drag your cursor to add a frame.

  1. Once it is selected, right-click on it to display options. Now, click on Copy or press Ctrl + C/Command + C.

  1. With the frame copied, right-click on an empty to where you want to duplicate the frame, and from the options, click on Paste here.

Pro Tip: Alternatively, you can press Ctrl + V/Command + V to duplicate the frame right over the copied frame.
